Private Training Sessions

These sessions focus on topics such as basic commands and leash etiquette in the comfort of your own home. We also offer sessions specifically designed for puppies (under six months old). Payment is due up front for scheduled out packages.

  • 3 Private Sessions: In this package, we focus on basic commands (sit, down, stay, and come) and leash etiquette.

    5 Private Sessions: All basic commands will be covered, and specific behaviors will be addressed.
    This package also includes off-leash recall, leash etiquette, door etiquette, e-collar training, exposure to public settings, and group classes for the life of your dog.

    Puppy Package (4 Sessions): This package focuses on commands like sit, down, stay, and come. We also work on crate training, teaching how to play with your dog, potty training, and environmental training.

    *Please note behavioral cases may need more than 5 lessons. 

  • The first training session is $250.
    If, after the first session, you want to buy a package of sessions, the $200 will be applied to the package.

Board & Train

Board and trains offer a boot camp-style regimen where the dogs will train with Meagan every day. 

  • Typical board and train programs are three weeks long. A consultation will be done to determine if your dog qualifies for a four-week or longer board and train program, designed for dogs with more complex behavioral issues that require additional training time.

  • 3 Week Board and Train: ‍$3,300
    Dogs will be trained in basic commands, such as sit, down, stay, come, and heel. We will also focus on off-leash recall, place, and how to behave in a public setting. Your dog will also be e-collar trained. Other behaviors can be addressed upon the owner’s request. The package includes three follow-up sessions and lifetime access to group classes.

    4 Week Board and Train: ‍$4,000
    This includes everything in the three week program as well as off leash recall and reactivity training. The package includes four follow-up sessions and lifetime access to group classes.

    4 - 6 Week Board and Train: $5,500
    This is for dogs with moderate to severe reactivity, behavior issues and looking to develop off leash recall. The package includes unlimited follow-up sessions.

    6 - 8 Week Board and Train: $7,000
    This is for dogs with bite history, reactivity, resource guarding issues, dog aggression and human aggression. The package includes unlimited follow-up sessions.

    Consultations will be done to determine if your dog qualifies for a board and train program.

Boarding

Boarders are chosen on a case-by-case basis and must be a current or previous client. Prior to boarding, you must show proof of vaccines and a negative stool sample within 6 months prior to boarding.

  • Boarding starts at $85/night

    * $100/night for puppies

    Holiday Rates: $100/night 
    December 20- January 3 and Thanksgiving week

 FAQs

  • We use a balanced training approach, in which the dog is first taught all their commands through positive reinforcement to ensure they understand their commands. Once the dog knows their commands, we will hold them accountable through leash corrections followed by the use of the e-collar. We do not rely only on the e-collar to train and use it as a way to hold a dog accountable for disobeying commands we know they already know. It ensures off-leash freedom, allowing a dog to be a dog while maintaining full control without a leash.  

  • We can certainly provide a board and train program that lasts over three weeks. A consultation will be conducted at your home, and we will determine the price and outline the necessary steps to achieve success with you and your dog.

  • We prefer the dog to be at least six months old to participate in a board and train program with us.
